| Lottery scholarship for 4-H members who have a current year exhibit at the Santa Barbara County Fair and who are either current high school graduated senior or enrolled in college as a Freshman or Sophomore. Award $300. Turn in application form to the livestock office by 5pm the Friday before the fair awards ceremony. | |
